How often do you take the time to actively improve your mental and physical wellbeing? A day without distraction from kids/partners/families where the focus is on YOU. Let me show you how spending the day moving your body in different ways is going to lift your spirits.

What can you expect on this day?:
- An energetic movement session to get the blood flowing and heart pumping. No jumping involved if you don’t want to.
- A bodyweight strength workout to show how important strength training for women is.
- A vegan lunch will be included.
- Talk: exercise and your cycle. How to improve your mental health with movement.
- Restorative yoga and sound bath session by Virginia Lee.
What you need to know
Terms and conditions
Please check with your GP if you are worried about any physical limitations you might have before you engage in exercise classes. Before joining this retreat you will be sent a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire that has to be completed first.
What you need to bring
Make sure you are wearing comfortable exercise clothing, layers work best. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the day. Other refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Please bring a yoga mat, 2 cushions and a blanket with you. Yoga mats are usually a little thinner than exercise mats. If you do not have one, please get in touch with me via hello@sannevanderende.com

Parkside Yards Southall
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: closest tube station is Southall Station on the Elizabeth line. The venue is a 10 minute walk from there.
BY CAR: If accessing via Beaconsfield Road, follow the signs to The Green Quarter and turn into Cedrus Avenue or Accolade Avenue. Follow the signs to Parkside Yards, the car park is on the left.
If accessing via South Road, turn off South Road into The Straight opposite Southall Station. Follow the road down The Straight, turn right at the roundabout. Follow the signs to Parkside Yards, the car park is on the left.
