Hi I'm Sanne,
And I am West London's kindest personal trainer.
The fitness industry is filled with so called ‘fit-fluencers’ who will scream your ears off about what you should and shouldn’t be doing for you physical health. We feel this constant guilt around exercise: ‘you have to train x amount of times a week’, ‘you need to lift weights’, ‘no, you need to do cardio’, ‘pilates is the only way for women to get strong’. All spoken in superlatives on what is best for you.
But do you know what is BEST for you? Doing something you enjoy and that benefits your physical AND mental wellbeing
Our society has been focussing on the number on the scales for too long now. Diet culture is still profiting from people’s insecurities and it has to stop. Trying to fight back and take control over our bodies is now more important than ever and I believe the fitness industry needs to focus on making people of all sizes welcome.
We ALL deserve to feel happy and enjoy movement!

Why choose me as your personal trainer?

Exercise for every body
I offer a safe space without any pressure. Our sessions are all about YOU and how exercise makes YOU feel.

A better mental health
I believe exercise is as good for our physical as our mental health. Mental health has a big role during our sessions.

Kindness = superpower
No ‘tough love’ or pushing you until you puke. I am here to support and encourage you. You will be challenged though, but in a kind way.
About me
My name is Sanne, pronounced SUN – UH, and I am a Health At Every Size (HAES) personal trainer. I would love to help you exercise confidently through a weight neutral approach.
As a fitness professional it is my aim to make people feel comfortable with exercise and find a form of body acceptance that works for them. I take experience from my qualifications and my own journey from a disordered eater to a HAES personal trainer. I believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable within their own skin so they can make more time for those things in life that really matter.
